South Yorkshire Police are consulted on any entertainment taking place. 2) A team of South Yorkshire Police Officers are part of the city centre management team and assist and advise accordingly. 3) A full and comprehensive management plan is in place which includes frequent maintenance of alarms, updating of fire procedure and evaluation. 4) All events have a safety group and comply with HSE event guide. 5) Staff are on site throughout events who are trained accordingly. 6) CCTV is available and utilised. 7) Full management structure is set for each event. 8) All local stakeholders are consulted prior to any event. 9) Staff are fully trained and CRB checked. 10) The Management plan encourages education events and a comprehensive policy is adhered to when working with children. 11) All large events have a lost children point.
