1. Persons under the age of 18 are to be excluded from the premises where the entertainment is of an explicit adult nature. Where there is entertainment where it is advisable for parental warning to be issued on sale of tickets. 2. Supply of alcoholic liquor for consumption in the Memorial Hall and Auditorium shall be in non glass vessels at all times, with the exception of supply for consumption in the Memorial Hall during pre-booked functions, conferences or events, which shall be in non glass or safety glass vessels. 3. There should be no sale or supply of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises other than in sealed containers. 4. A CCTV system shall be installed to the satisfaction to the South Yorkshire Police and thereafter it shall be retained and maintained in good operational condition.
