Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. The premises licence holder shall instruct the tenant that they must join and participate in a local pub watch scheme as long as it exits. 3. CCTV will monitor all entrances and exits. Recordings will be maintained for seven days. 4. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order and operated when the premises are trading. 5. The premises must display conspicuous and legible signs adjacent to each exit requesting that patrons leave in a quiet and orderly manner. 6. No unaccompanied children to be allowed on the premises. 7. No persons under the age of 18 allowed on the premises after 21:00 hours. 8. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 9. When dancing takes place on the premises, it is to do so on the tap side flag stoned area. The area will be suitably highlighted and will be clear of tables and chairs. Adequate signage will be placed around the area indicating that drinks are not to be taken onto the dance floor. 10. An approved Proof of Age identification system to prevent underage drinkers purchasing or consuming alcohol will be operated. 11. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
