Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Shelving and display units for the purpose of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 3. Subject to the variation, a satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for any electrical works. 4. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected tge premises with regard to the electrical certificate, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of the service requirements. 5. A Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the authority responsible for public safety.
