Additional Conditions
1. Premises to be a member of Pub Watch Scheme (as long as it exists). 2. All fire fighting equipment on the premises is to be serviced annually. 3. First aid equipment and material is available on the premises. 4. An accident/incident book to be maintained on the premises. 5. All downstairs windows are to remain closed during opening hours. 6. Children are prohibited from resorting on the premises. 7. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1.
1. No consumption of alcohol to take place in the front external area of the premises after 23:00 hours. 2. Signs shall be displayed prominently at the premises requesting customers to behave in a quiet and considerate manner when entering and leaving the premises. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor or a designated member of staff are to actively monitor external noise emanating from the premises after 23: 00 hours, when Regulated Entertainment is taking place. 4. Save for access and egress at all times when Regulated Entertainment is taking place at the premises the internal lobby doors are to remain closed.
