1. A suitable and sufficient risk assessment shall be carried out which fully addresses the safety of the public prior to any licensed activity taking place. 2.All staff will be trained to ensure that visitors are safe at the premises. 3.There shall be 3 trained staff on site to supervise and advise visitors before, during and after the performance. 4.All visits will be fully supervised by trained staff, teachers or assistants and parents to ensure that children are safe at all times. 5. Full electrical and fire safety checks will be carried out before visitors attend performances. 6. A full risk assessment for the elimination, reduction and management of hazards will be carried out before each performance. 7. There will be no loud music at any of the performance plays. 8. There shall be no available street parking, no loud music at any performance, nor shall any performance cease any later than 20:30 hours in order to prevent public and noise nuisance. 9. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give concern in respect of children.
