1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. No noise will not emanate from the premises. 3. Litter and waste must be disposed of in bins provided by the authority. 4. Staff will be required to ask any person who appears to be under the age of 21 to provide proof of age/identification before serving alcohol. 5. A colour CCTV system shall be installed at the premises to the specification and satisfaction of South Yorkshire Police and will be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open.
