Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The provision of alcohol in the cafe shall be ancillary to the provision of food with the occasional provision without. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 4. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment. 5. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external areas, and manage noise levels internally and externally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearby noise sensitive properties. 6. Any amplified music or live music played indoors shall be at background level only. 7. Use of the external areas for any licensable activities shall cease at 23:00 hours on all days. 8. Signage will be erected requesting that customers leave the premises and area quietly to respect the needs of local residents. 9. The Challenge 21 scheme will be in place on the premises. Any refusals of alcohol sales will be recorded in a refusals register.
