Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2.A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. CCTV footage shall be downloaded and provided to South Yorkshire Police on request. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 3.Drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 4.No customers carrying opened bottles upon entry shall be admitted to premises 5.Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted after 21:00 hours unless accompanied by a responsible adult and attending a family type function or dining.
