ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Alcoholic and other drinks shall not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose.
2. Alcohol sold for consumption off the premises shall only be made to customers who have pre-ordered the transaction and are admitted to the premises for collection purposes only or to persons attending a private trade event at the premises, the latter sales would not constitute regulated activity in any event.
3. No general access for browsing or purchase (other than those pre-ordered) shall be permitted.
4. The use of door staff shall be risk assessed on an ongoing basis by the licence holder of premises supervisor. Where engaged, door staff shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
5. Staff shall receive training on matters concerning underage sales, and operating procedures.
6. The premises shall operate a proof of age scheme and shall require photographic identification from any person who appears to be under the age of 25 years.
7. The management of the premises shall liaise with police on issues of local concern or disorder.
8. Staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and training records shall be maintained and produced to any Responsible Authority on request. Each member of staff shall sign and date their training records to confirm they have received and understood the training provided. The training shall be refreshed at least every 12 months for each member of staff.
9. The premises shall maintain an incident book to record details of the following: Any violence or disorder on or immediately outside the premises, Any incident involving controlled drugs (supply/possession or influence) on the premises, Any other crime or criminal activity on the premises, Any call to the emergency services for assistance to the premises, Any ejection from the premises, Any first aid/other care given to a customer, Any other incidents which affect the safety of the staff, customers or the premises.
10. The Premises licence holder shall maintain a refusal register (or refusal button on EPOS - Electronic Point of Sale) on the premises and ensure it is completed whenever a sale is refused to a person who cannot prove they are over the age of 18. The refusal register or record of till recorded refusals must be made available to any Responsible Authority upon request.
11. Spillages and breakages shall be removed as soon as possible to reduce the risk to patrons and staff.
12. Toughened glasses shall be used in the premises where appropriate.
13. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
14. No films or videos of any description shall be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the age of any applicable BBFC/Local Authority certification.
15. There shall be adequate controls in place including staff training to safeguard against the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years.
16. The premises supervisor or appointed staff member shall ensure that when children are admitted to the premises their presence is not inconsistent with the style of operation of the premises at that time and the licensable activities that are being carried out.
17. The premises licence holder shall implement and operate a Challenge 25 age verification policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.
18. The premises licence holder shall have a written age verification policy - Challenge 25, with signage clearly displayed informing customers of the Challenge 25 Policy.

19. Children under 16 shall not be permitted to enter after 23.00 unless accompanied by a responsible adult and attending a pre-booked, family type function
20. A CCTV system will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 30 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder, in line with GDPR guidance. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system.
21. The use of glass alternative drinking vessels shall be utilised in accordance with the premises assessment of risk.
22. There shall be a zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs at the premises and there shall be regular checks by management to prevent the use of drugs by patrons. Drugs seized shall be stored securely and handed to the Police

23. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly.
24. Attendees will be encouraged by staff to leave quietly and respect the interests of the occupiers of any nearby noise sensitive premises. Where appropriate the licensee or a suitable staff member will monitor attendees leaving at the closing time.
25. Amplified sound or live music played within the building shall only be played in such a way that noise breakout does not exceed the prevailing ambient noise level by more than 3dB when measured in the street at the yard entrance;
o as a 15-minute LAeq, and;
o at any one third octave band centre frequency as a 15-minute LZeq.
26. Regulated entertainment in the form of live and recorded music shall not be permitted to take place in external areas of the premises after 11pm daily.
