ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
1. Staff shall monitor customer behaviour and refuse service to anyone acting aggressively or unlawfully.
2. Any incidents of crime or disorder shall be reported to the police where necessary.
3. Staff will take reasonable steps to minimise noise and disturbance to nearby residents and businesses.
4. Customers will be asked to leave the premises quietly.
5. Litter arising from the business will be regularly cleared and waste will be disposed of responsibly.
6. Deliveries and collections will be managed to reduce disturbance in the local area.
7. Children on the premises will be supervised by parents or guardians where appropriate.
8. Any concerns regarding the welfare of children will be reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.

9. A CCTV system will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder, in line with GDPR guidance. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. The CCTV system will contain the correct time and date stamp information.
10. An incident/refusals book shall be kept at the premises, in which details of crime and/or disorder relating to the premises shall be recorded. Such records to be retained for at least 12 months and available for inspection on request.
11. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting that the public respect the needs of local residents, park considerately and leave the premises and area quietly.
12. Staff will receive training concerning, but not limited to,
-Vulnerability awareness
-Crime scene preservation
-Drugs policies
-CCTV operation (authorised staff only)
-Dispersal policies
Suitable refresher training to be completed at least once per calendar year commencing the year after their date of employment. A written record to be retained for a minimum of 12 months and shall be made available to the Police and/or Licensing Authority upon request.
