Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch, or its replacement (as long as it exists). 2. Customers will be encouraged to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner. 3. No live musical entertainment shall be provided externally after 21:00 hours except that live musical entertainment may be provided externally until 23:00 hours provided that at least seven days prior notice has been given to the Environmental Protection Service. 4. Children under the age of 16 must be off the premises by 9pm. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some other such person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 6. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority.
