Additional Conditions
Annex 2 Conditions consistent with the operating schedule 1. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 3. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from the premises 4. The premises operate a proof of age scheme that is recommended by the Police. 5. Events for children under the age of 16 are not held at the premises. 6. The ground floor area (formally Ice Bar) will be operated separately to Paris Nightclub (formally Orchis) where public access and aggress both upstairs and downstairs will be prohibited. There will be a link door as stated on the plan for staff who will have access via a key code. 7. The capacity will be retained for both sites in accordance with existing levels as previously agreed. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. Specific conditions converted from the Justices Licence. 1. The licence shall only permit staff registered by the Council (under the Security Staff Registration Scheme) to be engaged in duties which wholly or mainly consist of:- a) Deciding on the suitability of persons to be allowed on the premises and/or b) Maintaining order on the premises. 2. The licensee to be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme. 3. Capacities for these premises shall be in accordance with the Public Entertainments Licence. Specific conditions converted from the Public Entertainments Licence.
