1. To assist in achieving the licensing objectives, the following condition in relation to the use, maintenance and accessibility of the CCTV system should be included in the licence:
In all licensed concourse areas, a colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police (attached) will be fitted, maintained and in use for all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder.
2. Where consumption within sight of the pitch is prohibited by law, there shall be no sale or supply of intoxicating liquor in the concourse areas except for the period commencing 35 minutes after kick off and ending 15 minutes after the end of half time.
3. In the concourse areas, alcohol will only be dispensed in plastic safety containers, not glass or cans.
4. Where consumption within sight of the pitch is prohibited by law, the sale, supply and consumption of intoxicating liquor during the matchday trading period shall only take place in the areas designated on the plans lodged with the Local Authority as detailed below

5. Where consumption within sight of the pitch is prohibited by law, there shall be no off sales from any of the bars on the concourse areas during the matchday trading period.
6. In the concourse areas intoxicating liquor shall only be sold or supplied to persons attending football matches, other sporting events or other pre-arranged events at the stadium to which members of the public are admitted only on payment or by pre-issued tickets save that liquor may be sold in such areas to those attending the club's annual open day.
7. Where consumption within sight of the pitch is prohibited by law, during the match day trading period stewards shall be stationed at each of the points marked "access to vomitories" and the main entrance/exit to the stand as shown on the deposited plan to prevent persons taking intoxicating liquor into the seating area or viewing of the pitch out of the concourse area.
8. Where consumption within sight of the pitch is prohibited by law, signs will be posted at each of the accesses and entrance/exits to the stand stating clearly that persons may not take intoxicating liquor into the seating area or out of the concourse area.
9. Screens will be erected or floor areas hatched yellow showing where spectators must not stand to prevent persons from viewing the game from areas within the concourse where alcohol is consumed. Stewards shall ensure that spectators do not stand in the yellow-hatched areas to watch matches.

11. No more than 80 covers shall be provided in the Directors’/Sponsers’ area when the premises are used for restaurant purposes. At other times the occupancy shall be as specified by South Yorkshire Fire Service.
12. The additional concourse area in the South Stand and the two concessions areas at the Shoreham Street end of the ground shall be designated as ‘concourse areas’ and conditions 1 to 6 shall apply to them.
The following conditions apply to the Tunnel Bar on John Street:
13. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the additional licensed premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. This system will be self contained and independent of the other CCTV systems at the ground.
14. Except when sales of alcohol are required during half time as provided for in Condition 3 below entry and exit from the premises will be restricted to the John Street entrance only (except in emergencies, when exit will also be allowed via the fire exits into the concourse.
15. In order to control entry and exit to and from the premises during the match day trading period, both the John Street entrance and the Fire Exit to the concourse must be covered at all times the premises are open by at least one steward on each entry/exit.
In order to maintain the standards and numbers of persons attending within the additional licensed area, either of the following must occur on match days:
i. No sales of alcohol are made at half time.
ii. If sales are required during half time, then the Fire Exit to the concourse will become the entrance and the door to John Street will become the Fire Exit. Both doors will be covered at all times the premises are open by at least one steward on each entry/exit and no additional entry will be allowed via John Street (all subject to Fire Service and Health & Safety approval).
In these conditions “the match day trading period “ means the period starting two hours before kick-off and ending one hour after the final whistle.
16. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on the premises:
i. on match days during the match day trading period;
ii. after 8pm on any day unless:
4.2.1 attending a pre-booked private function to which the general public are not allowed and must be accompanied by a responsible adult; or
4.2.2 the premises are being used for an event where alcohol is not being sold or supplied.
4.2.3 (unless) the premises are being used solely for the use of players families and friends and those under 18 are the children of said persons accompanied by a responsible adult.
17. During the match day trading period, persons shall not be allowed to remove drinks from the premises. At other times drinks may only be removed in sealed containers.
18. During the match day trading period, all sales will be made in plastic glasses. Any bottled products must be decanted into a plastic vessel prior to sale or supply.
19. The part of the premises subject to the alteration is not to be traded until it has been inspected by all authorities, and is found to be satisfactory.

21. The Designated Premises Supervisor or some such other person will be assigned to act as “Lead Safeguarder” for Children’s Issues at the public house.
22. The unit shall only be open to the public only between 08:00 and 24:00 hours (midnight) on any day.
23. No deliveries to the public house shall be carried out between the hours of 21:00 to 07:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 20:00 to 08:00 hours Sundays and public holidays.
24. On match days the premises will operate in accordance with any requirements set out within the Safety Certificate issued under the Safety of Sports Ground Act 1975 (as amended).
The following conditions apply to the corner stand between the Bramall Lane Stand and South Stand:
25. The requirements of Building control, the Fire Officer and Environmental Health Officer Shall be incorporated and the variation will not become effective in relation to that part of the premises until such time as that area has been inspected by the Police and other authorities and they have been satisfied that their requirements have been met.
The following conditions apply to the playing area (The Pitch):
26. Licensable activities on the playing area shall be restricted to the provision of regulated entertainment only. Such entertainment shall normally only take place on match days and only during the period commencing two hours before kick-off and ending one hour after the match, plus at any other dates/times agreed in consultation with the Safety Advisory Group. The capacity for a regulated entertainment to be increased to 29,999 persons. For any boxing event on the pitch alcohol to be sold and consumed in the designated ‘outer circle’.
27. The electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live entertainment on the playing area shall be protected by a residual current device (RCD).
28. A suitable and sufficient risk assessment shall be carried out for all licensable activities on the playing surface.
The following conditions apply to Bramall Legends of the Lane:
29. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the additional licensed premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder.
30. All reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer and Environmental Health Officer shall be incorporated and no licensable activities shall take place until such time as the area has been inspected by the Police and the other responsible authorities.
31. Proof of age scheme to be operated to ensure no sales to under 18’s.
32. When dancing is to take place in an area known as the Hall of Fame, a suitable and adequately sized dance floor shall be provided.
33. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music.
34. All reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service shall be incorporated and no licensable activities shall take place until such time as the area has been inspected by South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
The following conditions apply to the Club Car Park adjacent to the South Stand:
35. To allow regulated entertainment and sale of alcohol only.
36. Sale of alcohol in the car park (as shown on the plan) shall only take place from a specially erected bar or vehicle suitable for the purpose.
37. Alcohol may only be sold between the hours of 09:00 hours and 20:00 hours and shall be restricted to the club’s annual open day and not more than 10 other occasions per calendar year.
38. Regulated Entertainment shall only take place between the hours of 09:00 hours and 20:00 hours and shall be restricted to the club’s annual open day and not more than 10 other occasions per calendar year.
39. Of the 10 events or occasions 28 days notice in writing shall be given to South Yorkshire Police.
40. Proof of age scheme to be operated to ensure no sales to under 18’s.
41. On any occasion that regulated entertainment takes place in the car park, the applicant will give 28 days prior written notice to the Environmental and Regulatory Services of Sheffield City Council.
42. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Service (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority.
43. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music.
44. All reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service shall be incorporated and no licensable activities shall take place until such time as the area has been inspected by South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
The following conditions apply to the Club Superstore:
45. To allow the sale of alcohol only.
46. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the additional licensed premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder.
47. Sale of alcohol, will be restricted to gift packs and Sheffield United brand products and other similar special items only.
48. Alcohol may only be sold between the hours of 09:00 hours and 22:00 hours on any day.
49. All reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer and Environmental Health Officer shall be incorporated and no licensable activities shall take place until such time as the area has been inspected by the Police and the other responsible authorities.
50. Proof of age scheme to be operated to ensure no sales to under 18’s.
51. All reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service shall be incorporated and no licensable activities shall take place until such time as the area has been inspected by South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
