Additional Conditions
1. The sale and supply of intoxicating liquor on the premises shall at all times be confined to the following persons:- a. Freemasons of every degree and order recognized by the United Grand Lodge of England b. Bona fide guests of such Freemasons c. Persons attending previously organized luncheons, dinners, dances, meetings, lectures, wedding receptions and any other organized functions of a similar nature d. Persons employed in or about the premises by the Sheffield Masonic Hall Company Limited e. Persons taking table meals at the premises for consumption by such persons as an ancillary to their meal f. Persons engaged from time to time in connection with functions held at the premises such as musicians, caterers and their servants and the like. 2. There shall be no sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises except to Freemasons as hereinbefore defined. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor will be a member of Sheffield Licence Watch and will attend meetings on a regular basis. 4. Not more than four external events in the car park shall take place under the authority of this licence within any 12 month period and such events shall only be held where at least 28 days prior notice has been given to South Yorkshire Police and Environment and Regulatory Services of Sheffield City Council. 5. Where live music is performed the electric supply is to be provided through a residual current device (RCD). 6. At events where dancing is to take place a suitable and sufficient area for dancing will be provided having regard to the likely number of persons wishing to dance. 7. A fire risk assessment shall be carried out and the terms of the same implemented. 8. A notice shall be displayed at the main entrance/exit to the premises reminding persons to leave quietly. 9. No external events in the car park shall take place under the authority of this licence otherwise than between the hours of 10:00 hours and 18:00 hours. 10. A recognized proof of age scheme shall be in place.
