Additional Conditions
1. The premises licence holder will operate a Challenge 21 policy. 2. Children under the age of 16 shall not be allowed on the premises beyond 21:00 hours (or 21:30 hours if consuming a meal). 3. Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult who will be required to maintain supervision of them. 4. Suitable food and non-alcoholic beverages shall be available at all times children are allowed on the premises. 5. The premises licence holder will ensure that all staff at the premises are trained in accordance with established JD Wetherspoon Plc training procedures. 6. The volume of music shall be reduced to a suitable level 30 minutes prior to closing. 7.The holder of a Personal Licence will be on duty within the premises after 19:00 hours on any day other than in extreme circumstances. 8.The beer garden area will be covered by CCTV. 9.The premises licence holder shall ensure that the Designated Premises Supervisor shall be a member of any local subsidiary of Sheffield Licence Watch, and shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure he or she attends meetings on a regular basis, or in his/her absence, that another member of the management team attends. 10.There will be no use of the outside area of the premises after 23:00 hours for licensable activities or the consumption of alcohol unless otherwise agreed in writing with Sheffield City Councils Environmental Protection Service and South Yorkshire Police and notified to the Licensing Authority.
1. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 2. No persons under the age of 18 years to be on premises after 21:00 hours unless dining with an adult, or attending a pre-booked private function. 3. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the curtilage of the premises in sealed containers. 4. Each entrance to the premises will be monitored by at least one member of SIA registered door staff from 9.00 pm on any day the premises remains open after midnight for the sale and supply of intoxicating liquor unless otherwise agreed by the Police. 5.A designated member of staff will monitor any outside drinking area at all times. 6. Persons will not be permitted to enter the premises after midnight, on any night save by written agreement from South Yorkshire Police Licensing Department. 7. Each entrance to the premises will be monitored by at least one member of SIA registered door staff from at least two hours prior to kick-off and to at least one hour after the final whistle, on any day that a designated sporting event takes place at Hillsborough football stadium. 8.No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 9. To acquire a suitable number of radio set(s) for the premises and take the CCRAC Radio Scheme into use at all times when trading and continue to be a user whilst this system / facility is in use in Sheffield. 10. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 11. The applicant or any person purchasing these premises must liaise with and fully comply with the reasonable requirements of the responsible authorities in the fit out / building of the premises. 12.When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used, which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 13. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 14. Licensed activities including regulated entertainment shall not take place on the premises until a scheme that specifies the provisions to be made for the control of amplified music emanating from the site, has been submitted to, approved and implemented to the written satisfaction of the Environmental Protection Section. The scheme shall include such combination of physical, administrative measures, noise limits and other measures as may be approved by the Licensing Authority. 15.No amplified sound shall be played within the building except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter, the settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Section. 16. No amplified sound or live music shall be played nor shall loudspeakers be placed at any time outside the building within the proposed outdoor eating and/or drinking area. 17. Signs shall be displayed in appropriate places requesting clients to leave the premises quietly and have regard to local residents.
