Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines. 2. Staff will be fully aware of, and trained to meet the needs of the Licensing Objectives. 3. Drinking is not to be allowed beyond the curtilage of the premises and outside drinking area. No open drinks are to be taken off the premises, and signage is to be placed in prominent positions stating this. The premises staff have a duty to prevent this. 4. Door staff should be engaged to cover all entrances before, during and after each home game in order to avoid a clash of home and away supporters. 5. Each entrance to the premises will be monitored by at least 1 member of SIA registered door staff from at least 2 hours prior to kick-off and to at least 1 hour after the final whistle, on any day that a designated sporting event takes place at Hillsborough football stadium. 6. A designated member of staff will monitor any outside drinking area at all times. 7. Persons will not be permitted to enter the premises after 23:00 hours on any night between Sunday and Thursday and after midnight on Friday and Saturday. 8. The holder of a Personal Licence will be on duty within the premises at all times that the premises are open for the sale and supply of alcohol. 9. To acquire a suitable number of radio set(s) for that premise and take the CCRAC Radio Scheme into use at all times when trading, and continue to be a user whilst this system / facility is in use in Sheffield. 10. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. The DPS should also be a member of any local subsidiary of such Watch and regularly attend the meetings. 11. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 12. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 13. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 14. The existing external drinking area to the side of the premises will cease to be used by patrons at 23:00 hours, seven days a week. 15. The Premises Licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 16. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using all external areas and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 17. All windows and doors shall be closed, except for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 18. No amplified sound shall be played except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 19. Prior to the commencement of any external area used for the purposes of smoking, the Premises Licence Holder must seek advice and approval from the Environmental Protection Service with respect to the location and hours of use. 20. Persons under the age of 18 are only permitted between 12:00 hours and 19:00 hours in all areas of the premises and must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times and signage must be displayed to highlight this. 21. A recognised proof of age scheme must be operated in compliance with the guidance issued by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board, South Yorkshire Police and Trading Standards. 22. A member of staff must be assigned to the role of Childrens Safeguarder and must act in accordance with the guidance and training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board.
