Additional Conditions
1. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 2. Function bookings will be limited to 190. 3. Live music will only be staged in the bar area. 4. Recorded music volume will be reduced to background levels during the wind down period. 5. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 6. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 7.
