Additional Conditions
1. CCTV as existing shall be provided and maintained at the premises. Positioning of cameras to be agreed with the police and recordings kept for a period of at least 28 days and a copy to be handed over to the police on request. 2. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 3. General off sales for “over the counter” sales in person at the venue will only be authorised between 09:00 and 23:00 hours each day. 4. Off Sales by way of telephone order, Internet order, or delivery will be allowed to take place until 03.00 hours each day provided a specific address is obtained at the time of taking the order and the order is despatched into that address. 5. The Challenge 21 scheme must operate in compliance with the guidance produced by South Yorkshire Police, Trading Standards and the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. There shall be no more than twelve applications in anyone calendar year for Occasional Licenses. 2.
