Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 3. A copy of the SYP Violent Incident Protocol to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 4. Any person exercising a security activity (as defined by paragraph 2 (1) (a) of schedule 2 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001) shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. Such a person will be employed at the premises at the discretion of the designated premises supervisor/holder of the premises licence. Any person defined in this condition will clearly display their name badge at all times whilst on duty. 5. There shall be a zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs at the premises and there shall be regular checks by management to prevent the use of drugs by patrons. Drugs seized shall be stored securely and handed to the police, records will be kept of seizures and challenges and made available for inspection of the authorities 6. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any time the premises are open to the public. 7. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 8. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted after 20:00 hours. 9. A recognised proof of age scheme must be operated in compliance with the multi agency guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board, Police and Trading Standards.
