Additional Conditions

1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 3. No Striptease or nudity shall take place at the premises. 4. No unaccompanied children shall attend the premises. Children under the age of 16 are to be off the premises by 21:00 hours each evening. 5. The designated premises supervisor, or some other such person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 6. The premises licence holder shall prominently display notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion and to respect the local neighbours needs. 7. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, from 22:00 hours onwards when regulated entertainment is present within the premises. 8. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using external areas, and manage noise levels internally and externally so as not to cause a nuisance to nearby noise sensitive properties. 9. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music. 10. The premises licence holder or their agent shall liaise with the Health Protection Service in order to ensure that relevant works as necessary are completed to the satisfaction of the Health Protection Service, who will inspect the premises prior to the variation becoming effective.
