Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. All fire equipment must be serviced on a yearly basis. 3. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 4. No persons under 18 allowed on the premises during licensed hours. 5. No amplified sound shall be played within the building except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter, the settings of which shall be set to noise levels so as to be inaudible to the nearest residential premises. 6. Noise from regulated entertainment to be inaudible after 23:00 hours at the nearest noise sensitive location from the Woodseats Hotel. 7. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days.
