Additional Conditions
1. The school has 25 hour digital CCTV and Red Care protection. 2. The caretaker or premises staff will be on site from 07:00 to 22:00. 3. The premises follow the HASAW Act. 4. There are risk assessments for all activities carried out. 5. Correct staff to event ratios to be allocated. 6. Number of people are to be limited on site for reasons of public safety. 7. As the premise is an educational establishment it has a child protection policy. 8. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ. 9. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the authority, at least 14 days notice must be able given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for its intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the authority. 10. The licensed activity shall be carried out subject to an appropriate risk assessment prior to performances. 11. When licensed activities take place, the toilet facilities on both the ground and lower ground floor shall be available for the public and appropriate signage will be in place indicating the location of the facilities.
