Additional Conditions
1.No persons under the age of 18 shall be permitted within the premises and a notice shall be clearly displayed at the entrance to the premises stating that no person under 18 will be permitted. 2.Each area will be supervised and shall display signs advising customers of the rules and conditions of the licence. 3.A record of the performers name, address, National Insurance number, photograph and date of birth will be retained in a bound register. Such details are to be checked and verified by the DPS of the venue or Premises Licence Holder against other forms of identity. Performers details as outlined above, are then to be retained at the premises for at least 12 months from the date of their first performance and made available to officers of Responsible Authorities and other authorised persons. 4.A price list shall be displayed in a prominent position giving the price and the time allowed for the dance routine. 5.Nudity amongst performers shall be confined to the Dance booths and VIP booths only. On completion of the dance or dances, performers/dancers must:- - Ask the customer to leave the area immediately. - Dress themselves immediately. - Dancers must not leave the dance area in a state of undress and must dress in accordance with club regulations. 6.None of the performers nor any entertainment provided will be visible from outside the premises. 7.There shall be no physical contact between customers and performers whilst performers are dancing, except for the placing of tokens in a garter or into the hands of a dancer at the beginning or the end of the dancing. 8.Customers will remain seated whilst watching a performance. 9.The licence holder must not display outside the premises photographs or other images which indicate that striptease or similar dancing takes place on the premises. 10.Any persons employed on the premises to work in the capacity as a door supervisor, shall hold a current SIA registration. 11.Sufficient door staff will cover entry to the premises at any time whilst striptease / lap dancing entertainment is taking place. This will be constantly reviewed by the management in line with the risk assessment conducted at the premises. A dance manager, in possession of two way communication will monitor performances in the private booths. 12.CCTV will be provided and maintained throughout the premises, the positioning of such cameras will be in liaison with the police licensing officer and crime prevention department and in conjunction with the minimum specification of the South Yorkshire Police (to be served)". 13.Any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted to the premises. 14.The Challenge 21 will be in operation all the time. 15.A representative of the premises licence holder will become a member of the local pubwatch scheme and attend the regular meetings. 16.Toughened glassware shall be used at all times throughout the premises. 17.Receptacles will be provided for the disposal of glass and other sharp objects and such receptacles will be situated in an area to which the public do not access. 18.Members of staff must be trained in first aid. 19.Regular safety checks and risk assessments will be conducted at the premises in accordance with the current Health & Safety legislation and records will be available for inspection. 20.To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 21.A Lobby will be installed to the front entrance area, with the reception desk window positioned within the lobby. 22.Both Entrance Lobby doors will be closed at all times, except for access and egress from the venue. 23.No amplified sound shall be played within the building except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter, the settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 24.The Venue Door Supervisors to patrol any queues outside the building and control any noise nuisance emanating from queuing patrons. 25.A designated roped off Smoking Area to be in place, segregated away from any queuing customers and smokers limited to a maximum of 5 customers outside at any one time. 26.The rear Fire Doors to be kept shut at all times, except for egress from the premises in an emergency. 27.Prominent Signs to be placed around exit doors, requesting that customers leave the premises quietly and respect the local neighbourhood. Agreed Additional Conditions: 1.Membership details shall be retained on the premises of all existing and current members. Such details shall be available to be inspected on request by police or authorised persons or responsible authorities. 2.Customers must be informed prior to lap dancing commencing of the following rules:- No touching must take place during dances. Customers must remain seated during dancing. Customers must leave the area as soon as the dances allotted to that customer have finished. 3.Performers/lap dancers must not:- Sit on customers laps during performances. 4.Podium (Pole) dancers must not:- a.Entice customers onto the podium. b.Remove their lower undergarments. (Dancers may dance topless) Interfere with their undergarments in such a way as to show their genitals. Receive gratuities other than in their garter belts or by hand. 5.Sex toys must not be used and penetration of the genital area by any means must not take place. 6.Dancers must not solicit, exchange addresses or telephone numbers with customers or liaise with customers off the premises. 7.When dancers leave the premises they must be escorted to their cars or taxi by another staff member.
