Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. A personal licence holder will be present on the premises whenever the premises is trading after 23:00. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor will be a member of the local "licence watch" or any replacement scheme (as long as it exists). 4. Live music will be staged only in the lounge bar. 5. Recorded music volume must be reduced to a background level during the wind down period to create a mood change. 6. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors will remain closed after 22:30 hours and when live or recorded music is played. 7. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 8. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 9. Children and young people under the age of 18 are prohibited at the premises after 21:00 hours unless attending a private, pre-booked function in the function room. 10. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 11. A member of staff must be assigned to the role of "Children's Safeguarder" and act in compliance with the guidance issued by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. 12. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment for the purpose of live music and DJ. 13. Indoor sporting events shall be restricted to traditional pub games.
