Additional Conditions
1. Any use of the entire premises for the public entertainment purposes requires the agreement of a responsible person, over the age of 18 years, to agree to the conditions of Hire that promote all four licensing objectives. 2. All users are not to use the premises for any unlawful purpose, including contravention of any requirements of the Licensing Act. 3. All users are to agree to supervise the entire premises, its fabric and the members of the public in a responsible manner to ensure public safety. 4. Users are to agree to perform all the necessary fire precautions, food safety regulations, electrical and heating appliance usage, and safety and accident reporting requirements. 5. Users to agree not to bring onto to the premises any dangerous or flammable substances, to maintain the non-smoking environment and restriction on animals throughout the entire premises. 6. All users are to agree to operate the entire premises in a manner not to cause any public nuisance, ensuring noise is kept to a minimum. 7. Car parking on the site is to be supervised and members of the public are to be notified not to obstruct the adjoining public highway of Townhead Road. 8. Use of the premises for regulated entertainment is restricted to the hours between 09:00 and 23:00 hours Mondays to Saturdays unless special permission is given by the Licensing Authority. All users are to comply with the provisions of the Childrens Act 1989
