Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and images stored for 31 days. CCTV system to be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. Police to be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. External lighting will be provided where necessary to enhance CCTV images. 4. No persons under the age of 18 years being admitted to the premises after 20:00 hours. They may remain in the premises after that time providing they are having a meal and are accompanied by persons over the age of 18 years. 5. Drinking in the external areas must cease at or before 23:00 hours. 6. No drinks may be taken beyond the curtilage of the premises. 7. Appropriate internal and external signage must be displayed regarding condition 5 above. 8. Appropriate signage must be displayed asking customers to leave the premises quietly. 9. No music to be played outside the premises.
