Alcohol for consumption in spectator areas (excluding the Rink) during sporting eventsds shall be in non-glass vessels. 3. 3a) Intoxicating liquor shall be supplied in plastic / shatterproof glasses only, in the performance rink, unless being supplied to those attending an event involving premium dining or other suitable events taking place on the pad as agreed in writing with the public safety responsible authority. 3b) Intoxicating liquor shall be supplied in plastic / shatterproof glasses only, in the public rink fixed seating area, unless being supplied to those attending an event involving premium dining or other suitable events taking place on the pad as agreed in writing with the public safety responsible authority. 4. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and tapes stored for such period of time as the Police may specify.
