Additional Conditions
1. Children shall not remain at the premises after 21:00 hours, unless dining then this time is extended to 21:30 hours 2. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 3. The DPS, or some such other person will be assigned to act as Lead Safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 4. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. CCTV footage will be downloaded and provided to South Yorkshire Police within 24 hours of request. Viewing access will be provided to South Yorkshire Police on immediate request. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. 5.Drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 6. No customers carrying opened bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises save where they have been consumed in any external area provided for that purpose. 7. The Premises Licence Holder will risk assess the need for door supervisors at the premises and/or employ such door supervisors at such time and in such numbers as deemed necessary by the risk assessment and/or at any othertimes upon agreement with the police. Door supervisors shall be provided for the first six weeks following the premises opening on Friday and Saturday nights from 21:00 hours until close. 8. Clear and legible notices shall be displayed asking customers to leave the premises quietly and have regard to the needs of local residents. 9. All external areas shall close at 24:00 hours, seven days a week, save for access by patrons that wish to smoke. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall prominently display A4 notices in all external areas reminding patrons to be quiet and respect the need of local neighbours. Such signage will also remind patrons that the external areas are to close at 24:00 hours. 10. A challeng 21 scheme will be in place on the premises. Regular and documented training will take place to support this. 11. The DPS or some such other person will be assigned to act as lead Safeguarder for Childrens issues at the premises. 12. The Premises Licence Holder will ensure that all staff at the premises have been trained in accordance with established JD Wetherspoon PLC training procedures. Specifically the Premises Licence Holder will ensure that all employees are trained in their responsibilities to prevent alcohol being served to anybody who is under the legal age limit or to anyone who appears to be drunk or to anyone who is trying to purchase alcohol on their behalf. 13. The Premises Licence Holder will ensure that there are sufficient staffing levels including managers to encourage responsible behaviour on the premises at all times. 14. Non alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea shall be available at all times, the sale by retail of alcohol is carried out at the premises.
