There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. The current restrictions of the Cinematograph Licence are to be adhered to with the exception of those made obsolete by the proposed variation.
