Additional Conditions
1. Colour CCTV will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and tapes stored for such period of time as the Police may specify. 2. The licensee to be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme. 3. There shall be no sale or supply of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises, except in sealed vessels. 4. Seating shall be a minimum of 40 seats in the premises and the capacity shall not exceed 250 persons. 5. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 6. Amplified sound or live music shall only be played within the building in such a way that noise breakout to the street does not exceed: a) background noise levels by more than 3 dBA when measured as a 15 minute LAeq; b) any octave band centre frequency by more than 3 dB when measured as a 15 minute Leq. 7. No amplified sound shall be played within the building except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter, the settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service, which may include a different setting operable between 02:00hrs and 03:00hrs. 8. Except for customer access and egress, all windows and doors are to remain closed during the performance of regulated entertainment. 9. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment. 10. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to the Health Protection Service, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size for the intended use. 11. New floor surfaces in public areas and throughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 12. Minor works certificate shall be provided for any electrical works. 13. The addition of live music shall not become effective on the varied premises licence until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises, with regard to the electrical certificate, floor surfaces, RCD, seating arrangements and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 14. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any time the premises are open to the public. 15. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers, save for consumption in any external area. 16. Use of door staff will be risk assessed on an ongoing basis by the licence holder or premises supervisor. 17. Adequate controls will be in place including staff training to safeguard against the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. 18. Under 18s on the premises must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times. 19. No persons under the age of 18 shall be allowed into the premises after 21:00 hours, save for those attending a pre booked family orientated function. 20. All pre booked functions must have a nominated childrens safeguarder on site for the duration of the event. 21. When any pre booked function, as referred to above, has any under 18 year old attending there should be no adult entertainment in the premises. 22. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 23. At each shift change of management the manager coming on duty shall undertake a check of licensable activities, to ensure they are in accordance with the licence, and shall confirm that position in a log kept for that purpose, such log to be made available on request to South Yorkshire Police and Licensing Officers.
