Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. Conditions converted from the justices on/off licence 1. The sale and supply of intoxicating liquor shall be restricted to persons attending the premises for or in connection with dances, dinners, luncheons, wedding receptions, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, lectures, fairs, bazaars, private parties, organised meetings and other functions and occasions of a like nature. 2. There shall be no applications for occasional licenses. 3. There shall be no sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises except to the company of cutlers in Hallam and members of that company. Specific conditions converted from the Public Entertainment Licence 1. Capacity 1) The number of members of the public who may be present at any one time on the premises or in any part of such premises specified below shall not exceed: - Area Capacity Main Hall 600 Old Banqueting Hall 300 Hadfield Hall (ground floor) 450 Drawing Room (First Floor) 150 Reception Room (First Floor) 150 2. Permitted Hours (1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2) below, the days and hours during which any public entertainment specified in the licence is permitted to be held shall be as follows: - (a) Monday 11:00am until 02:00am the following day (b) Tuesday 11:00am until 02:00am the following day (c) Wednesday 11:00am until 02:00am the following day (d) Thursday 11:00am until 02:00am the following day (e) Friday 11:00am until 02:00am the following day (f) Saturday 11:00am until 02:00am the following day (g) Sunday 11:00am until 02:00am the following day (2) Where the Council is of the opinion that in order to avoid or reduce any disturbance of or annoyance to residents in the neighbourhood of the premises or the occurrence of disorderly conduct in the premises, it is desirable for the permitted hours specified in sub-paragraph (1) above to be varied, the Council may, after affording the licensee the opportunity of making representations to the Council, by notice served on the licensee vary the permitted hours and thereafter the hours specified in the notice shall apply in substitution for the hours specified in sub-paragraph (1) above.
