Additional Conditions
1.No customers apparently carrying open bottles will be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 2.Any existing CCTV will be maintained in good working order and in operation whenever the premises are trading. 3.Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external premises provided for that purpose. 4.Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices will be placed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and area quietly. 5.Noise or vibration shall not emanate form the premises in such a way as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 6.Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted to enter the premises after 22:00. 7.Emergency lighting will be installed, identifying the emergency exit point from the All Weather Garden. 8.The All Weather Garden area is limited to approximately 25 covers and will be monitored by the DPS or staff on a regular basis with regard to noise levels.
