Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A personal licence holder will be present on the premises whenever they are trading after 23:00 hours. 3. The DPS will be a member of the local ‘Pub Watch’, or its replacement (as long as it exists). 4. CCTV will be maintained and in operation on the premises. 5. Live music will be staged only in the lounge bar. 6. Recorded music will be reduced to background level during the wind down period. 7. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress after 22:30 hours, and at all times whenever regulated entertainment is present on the premises. 8. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that members and guests must respect the needs of local residents, and leave the premises quietly. 9. The Designated Premises Supervisor or designated member of staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to nearby noise sensitive properties. 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music. 11. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which is not less than 20% of the capacity on a 0.4m²/person as the designated dance floor and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 12. Use of external areas at the rear of the premises, including the rear smoking shelter, shall cease at 23:00 hours on all days. 13. When regulated entertainment is present on the premises all windows shall remain closed and access and egress shall be via the front lobbied doors only, save for the case of emergency.
