Additional Conditions
1. Children are not allowed on the premises at any time. 2. Only Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved door supervisors will be used, in line with the Government approved implementation plan. 3. A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will be enforced at all times. 4. If a CCTV system is installed at this site, it will continue to operate during the additional hours of trading and notices will be displayed. 5. Free drinking water will be available at all times. 6. If appropriate, notices will be displayed asking customers to respect out neighbours when leaving the premises. 7. Where already used text/radio pagers will continue to be used for the additional hours of trading and will be monitored by a responsible member of staff. 8. Soft drinks and non-alcoholic refreshment will be available at all times if the premises is open. 9. An appropriate no-smoking area will be provided. 10. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 11. A CRACC (City Centre Retails Against Crime) radio is used by the door staff and management of the premises to assist in preventing crime and disorder, every Friday and Saturday night. 12. After 1am the volume of music played at the venue is lower than before 1am. The level of the music after 1am is such that it does not cause harassment, distress or a nuisance to residents in the vicinity. 13. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
