Additional Conditions
1. Only Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved door supervisors will be used, in line with the Government approved implementation plan. 2. A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will be enforced at all times. 3. A CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Subject to a suitable request and agreement of the Data Controller, images shall be released to South Yorkshire Police so long as the Data Controller is happy to do so in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 4. If appropriate, notices will be displayed asking customers to respect out neighbours when leaving the premises. 5. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 6. To acquire a suitable number of radio sets for the premise and take the CCRAC (City Centre Retails Against Crime) radio scheme into use at all times when trading (whilst forever such scheme exists). 7. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 8. Persons under the age of 18 are permitted in the designated family area until 22:00 hours if they are accompanied by a responsible adult and dining. 9. The designated premises supervisor or other such responsible person shall be designated to act as the children's safeguarding co- ordinator at the premises. This person must ensure that a risk management plan is in place for the protection of children from harm and act in compliance with the guidance and training that is provided free of charge by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children's Board. 10. Persons shall not be allowed to remove drinks from the premise in open containers. 11. The use of plastic drinking vessels are to be risk assessed according to the event. 12. Signs shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premise and the area quietly. 13. No Regulated entertainment shall be played except through an in- house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 14. Amplified sound or live music shall only be played within the building in such a way that noise breakout to the street does not exceed: (i) background noise levels measured as a LA90 by more than 3 dBA when measured as a 15 minute LAeq; (ii) background noise levels in any octave band centre frequency measured as a L90 by more than 3dB when measured on a 15 minute Leq.
