Additional Conditions

1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines. 2. Staff training on the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 and training in drug awareness. 3. A personal licence holder will be present on the premises whenever they are trading after 23:00 hours. 4. The DPS will be a member of the Sheffield Pubwatch so long as it exists. 5. Not less than 10 working days written notice will be provided to Police, when Event days are planned. 6. Live music will be staged only in the lounge bar. 7. All windows will be kept closed after 22:30 hours. 8. A notice will be placed prominently at the exits asking customers to leave quietly. 9. Children under the age of 16 years will be asked to leave by 21:00 hours unless attending a private function in the function room / lounge bar. 11. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment. 12. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 13. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 14.
