Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Where dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used as the designated dance floor and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Licensing Authority. 3. In connection with the refurbishments, suitable non-slip floor surfaces (agreed in advance of installation with the Health Protection Services) shall be provided in public areas and thoroughfares. 4. In connection with the refurbishments, a satisfactory electrical certificate must be supplied on completion of the works. 5. The variation shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, and any other matter raised during the consultation period to ensure that these items have been totally addressed in respect of Service requirements. 6. Conditions, 2, 3, 4 & 5 will be removed from the licence without further application for variation upon the Health Protection Service notifying the Licensing Department that the premises have been inspected and approved. The embedded restrictions attached to the justices on licence including those specified at Appendix 1 are removed, any embedded permissions remain. Specific Conditions converted from the Justices on Licence are varied as set out below:- 1) Alcohol will only be sold whilst the premises trade in accordance with the Family Dining Facility Theme indicated on the initial application for a licence under the Licensing Act 1964 (condition 1 attached to the on licence supplied on the initial application for a premises licence). 2) Tables and Chairs shall be provided at the premises to provide a minimum of 65% of the maximum capacity set by the Fire Authority. Specific Conditions converted from the Childrens Certificate and included in this varied licence are as set out below: - 1) Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. 2) Meals and beverages other than intoxicating liquor must be available in the designated area during the hours when the certificate is in force. 3) Any open fire must be fitted with a child proof guard. Any embedded restrictions attached to the Supper Hour Certificate including those specified at Appendix 3 are removed any embedded permissions remain Specific Conditions converted from the Supper Hour Certificate are as set out below:- 1) Granted in respect of all the premises except the lounge bar and activity area.
