Additional Conditions
1. Notice must be given for any proposed major events (capacity exceeding 499 persons at any one time) under this licence in writing to South Yorkshire Police, Licensing Department, South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service, Environment & Regulatory Services and the Outdoor Events Officer, if possible at least 6 weeks in advance of the start date of any such event, or in any case, a period of time to give adequate notice to allow suitable and sufficient comment to be made. 2. A suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment should be provided to cover each major event to be staged. 3. South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service shall be notified of any planning meetings for major events. 4. Notification of all major events to be provided to the Outdoor Events Officer (Parks and Countryside Representative) detailing the event, date and time. 5. Risk assessment and all other events, specific information including stewarding and policing proposals will be discussed at any major event planning meetings between the licensee and responsible authorities where appropriate. 6. The permanent fixed Residual Current Device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified musical equipment, use for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 7. Rigorous steps will be undertaken to ensure no persons under the age of 18 is allowed to purchase alcohol. 8. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the licensed area in open containers. 9. Assessments will be undertaken as to the level of noise, including liaison with local residents. 10. To comply with the reasonable recommendations of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. 11. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises.
