Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Colour CCTV system as previously agreed with South Yorkshire Police to be maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. Police to be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. The pub will actively enforce a zero tolerance policy on illegal drugs. 4. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch (as long as it exists). 5. Noise surveys are to be carried out regularly to minimise the impact of any entertainment. 6. No unaccompanied children on the premises and accompanied children must be off the premises by 21:00 hours. Children are only allowed in non-servery areas. 7. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue. 8. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 9. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music. 11. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, the RCD, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addresses in respect of service requirements.
