Additional Conditions
1. All SIA trained door staff shall clearly display his/her name badge at all times whilst on duty. 2. Such a person will be employed at the premises at the discretion of the designated premises supervisor/holder or the Premises Licence. 3. Any such person referred to in condition (1) shall be linked by means if text or radio pager to the Police, enabling the Police to be alerted to instances of crime and or / disorder (where required). 4. Any person as defined in condition (1) will clearly display his name badge at all times whilst on duty. 5. No customers carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 6. Toughened glasses shall be used for draft beer and lagers at all times the premises are open to the public. 7. Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities, such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the Police. 8. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 9. Signs near the exits of the premises must clearly communicate that guests must respect the needs of local residents, and to leave the premises quietly. 10. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 11. Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours unless they are attending a private function. 12. Except for access and egress, all windows and doors to remain closed when live or recorded music is played. 13. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area to be used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use, and dancing must not take place in that area unless approved by the Authority. 14. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purpose of live music and other entertainment. 15. The internal beer drop to the premises, situated of Surrey Place, is not to be used when the premises is open and trading to members of the public. 16. No additional licensable activities will take place under the authority of this varied licence until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 17. Any existing CCTV to be extended to cover the outside drinking area, such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the Police. 18. The part of the premises subject to the alteration is not to be traded, until it has been inspected by all authorities, and is found to be satisfactory. 19. When the external area is in use, a designated member of staff will be nominated and responsible for monitoring that area. 20. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines.
