McDonalds Restaurants Limited will comply, as far as reasonably practicable, with relevant Health & Safety and Fire Safety legislation. 3. All required Health & Safety risk assessments and Fire Safety risk assessments will be undertaken in writing and reviewed on a regular basis 4. McDonalds Restaurant Limited will ensure that the footpath immediately outside the front of the Restaurant is kept clear of litter emanating from the premises. 5. Childrens parties will not be held during the licensed period.
