Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Customers using the outdoor raised terrace will be seated. 3. There will be no irresponsible drinks promotions or "Happy Hours" which encourage / attract binge drinking. 4. A colour CCTV system to the specification fo South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 5. The premises will primarily operate as a restaurant with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sale of alcohol cease. 6. Suitable beverages, including drinking water, other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption wih or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in licensed premises. Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices on/off licence including thise specified at Appendix 1.
