Additional Conditions
1. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 shall require appropriate photographic proof of age before being served alcohol. 2. A refusals book will be kept and anyone suspected of buying alcohol for children under the age will be refused. 3. Anyone considered to be drunk and disorderly will be refused service of alcohol. 4. Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted on the premises after 20:00 hours unless dining and with an adult. 5. Recorded music will be background level only. 6. The premises will primarily operate as a restaurant with seated dining, and facilities for occasional consumption of alcohol without food. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease. 7. The DPS for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 8. Any new floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 9. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 10. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue.
