Additional Conditions
1. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied under the authority of this licence otherwise than:- a. To persons taking table meals on the premises and for consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his/her meal with the exception of off sales/telephone orders. b. To persons residing on the premises or their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by such a person or his/her private friend so entertained by him/her either on the premises or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises. 2. Suitable beverages, including drinking water, other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises. 3. There shall be provided in the premises for persons provided with board and lodging for reward adequate sitting accommodation in a room not used nor to be used for (a) sleeping accommodation, (b) the service of substantial refreshment or (c) the supply or consumption of intoxicating liquor. 4. All staff must be trained to operate the Challenge 25 scheme. Staff training records must be signed by staff and maintained and made available to the authorities on request. 5. All staff making deliveries of alcohol will operate the Challenge 25 scheme so that alcohol will only be delivered to adult recipients. If the person delivering is in doubt that the recipient is not 18 years of age or over and the recipient is unable to produce a valid passport, photo driving licence or photo membership card, the delivery will not take place. 6. A date of birth and a form of ID will be taken when an order is made. The details will be confirmed on delivery and a form signed by the delivery driver. The order will only be delivered to this person. 7. A record will be maintained on a refusals book when an adult was not available to receive a delivery. 8. Customers will be asked to leave quietly. 9. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
