1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The Makro card has to be produced whenever a customer wishes to enter a store and make a purchase. 3. Alcohol shall only be sold to customers who are registered with Makro and who hold a current Makro card. 4. The premises will maintain a comprehensive CCTV system that ensures all areas of the premises are monitored including all public entry and exit points, and including all till points. All cameras shall continually record whilst the premises are open to the public and the video recordings shall be kept available for a minimum of 28 days and will be made available on request to the Licensing Officer and South Yorkshire Police. 5. The premises will have adequate safety and fire fighting equipment and such equipment will be maintained in good operational order. 6. Spillages and breakages will be removed as soon as possible to reduce risk to patrons and staff. 7. Fire exits and means of escape shall be kept clear and in good operational order.
