Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A challenge 25 policy will be in operation at the premises. 3. All staff will be trained to recognise and deal with alcohol and drug related problems refusing service where appropriate. 4. A senior manager will be present and on duty during a function. 5. All managers and supervisors will be personal licence holders. 6. Doors will be kept closed during live music. 7. Guests will be encouraged to leave the premises and area quietly. 8. Children will not be permitted on the premises without supervision. 9. Children will not be allowed in the bar area after 20:00 hours. 10. The sale of alcohol shall be ancillary to the provision of food with the occassional provision without meals, and pre-booked events such as weddings and similar functions. 11. There shall be no sale of alcohol externally on the patio area. 12. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving all amplified music. 13. Live music outdoors shall cease at 20:00 hours on all days of the week. 14. Any live music played externally on the patio area shall be acoustic only, and not electronically amplified.
