1. When live musicians perform the electric supply to be provided through RCD. 2. All events held at the premises to take account of hotel guests so as not to cause disturbance. 3. Proof of age scheme is to be in operation. 4. All children under 16 are to vacate the premises by 21:30, unless dining or attending a function. All under 16s are to be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Conditions converted from the Justices Licence (All on 49): 1. This licence shall only operate whilst the premises trade in accordance with the family Dining Facility Theme indicated on the initial application. 2. There shall be no sale of intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises, save for consumption in those areas identified in the plans deposited with the Licensing Committee and outlined in red. 3. Intoxicating liquor from the vending machine shall only be supplied to residents. 4. Tables and chairs shall be provided at the premises to provide seating for a minimum of 65% of the maximum capacity set by the Fire Authority. 5. CCTV shall be installed to meet the requirements of the Police Authority. 6. The licensee to be a member of the Pub Watch Scheme.
