1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. A closed circuit TV monitoring system to be installed and maintained. Images recorded and recorded and retained for as long as reasonably practical and to be handed to police/local authority on request. 3. Notices will be displayed instore that it is an offence for people aged under 18 to purchase alcohol. 4. The store is fitted with a panic button for staff to press in case of an emergency. 5. The store shall comply with reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 6. No deliveries shall take place between 23:00 and 06:00 hours the following day. 7. All staff are trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol, proof of age scheme in place 8. Think 21 scheme in place and notices of this prominently displayed with the store. 9. Electronic till prompt when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser. 10. A record of all refusals will be maintained.
