Any embedded permissions and restrictions attached to the justices off licence including those specified at Appendix 1. 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. In staff only areas the emergency lighting may be either of the one hour maintained or non-maintained type. 3. All notices and signs should comply with The Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996. Signs conforming to British Standard 5499: Part 1: 2002 will satisfy this standard. 4. Fire exit keep clear signs on fire doors. 5. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order requires that the occupier/owner must carry out a fire safety risk assessment to their premises to ensure that persons working at, or reporting to those premises are safe from any outbreak of fire. 6. As part of your risk assessment under Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 you should consider Arson as a possible source of ignition and take steps to reduce that risk as far as practically possible. 7. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 8. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 9. A CCTV system is to be installed and maintained. Images recorded will be retained for at least 28 days and will be handed to Police/Local Authority on request. 10. Notices will be displayed instore stating that it is an offence for people under 18 to purchase alcohol. 11.No deliveries will take place between the hours of 23:00 to 06:00 the following morning. 12. All staff will be trained in relation to underage related sales of alcohol. A proof of age scheme will be in place. Think 21 scheme in place and notices of this prominantley displayed within the store. 13. Electronic till prompt will be used when alcohol is scanned to remind staff to check the age of the purchaser. 14. A refusals book will be kept to record where sales of alcohol are challenged or refused.
